Rich chocolate cake swirled around a pecan praline mousseline (ok, so this is where I make caramel, mix it with pecan butter, stir it into creme patisserie, and then add actual butter until no one can take it anymore), slathered in dark chocolate ganache, enrobed (yes, enrobed) in dark chocolate bark, and studded with the most darling meringue mushrooms on this planet. It sits atop chocolate sea salt sable crumbles, and it's delicious and adorable and you're going to freak out.

You're about to be obsessed with these. 4 oz of I don't even know how to describe it. Somehow you blitz dates with a batter and it turns into heaven. That's all I've got. It comes with a couple ounces of toffee sauce to take you to new heights. Seriously, don't sleep on this one.
